For this class it would be a huge benefit to know how to operate a sewing machine - join a 2 hour , Sewing 100 class prior.

Purchase one or two wool sweaters 80 % wool content or higher. ( go thrifting or check your closet) 

For a fun pair of mittens use a variety of sweaters to have a choice of colours.

Felt it prior to class by washing it in very hot water to shrink and felt it and using the dryer.

Join us in the studio to create a cute pair of wool mittens. ( patterns will be provided of a variety of sizes ) 

Use our machines or bring your own.

Fleece lining and thread will be provided in class.

If you bring a friend you could share pieces of each others thrifted wool sweaters to add variety.

Please bring indoors shoes or slippers if the weather is snowy.
