These rugs are beautiful!

For this class you do need to know how to operate a sewing machine. Thread and wind a bobbin.

You provide the supplies. ( If you go to WA WA QUILTS in Bowden , let Theresa know you are doing this class to get a 15% discount.

Sewing Machines and some tools provided.

For this class you need :

1 jelly roll of your colour choice

Jelly-Roll Rug Batting Roll – On-A-Roll 2 1/2″ x 50 yards ( ususally 2 rolls )

1,300 meter spool of 50 wt Thread ( a good option is 100% cotton thread- Aurifil ) 

16/100 Denim Needles

Container of wonder sewing clips or any similar brand THESE ARE VERY NECESSARY :) 

Small laundry basket or box to keep the long jelly roll tube in as you sew.

Optional :

Clover fabric tube maker ( IT SAVES LOTS OF TIME )

1 rotary cutter ( I have the mats )

Sunflower Quilts Thread Cutter

Fabric Scissors ( if you have you can bring your own ) 

Your own machine and extension table if you have one.

Cordless iron ( I only have 3 irons and ironing boards in the studio )
